So yesterday the little facility serving mostly the rural poor applauded the tenacity of the kefas.
Mrs kefas is the mother of Bangeskiya whom she delivered via CS and we almost lost both mother and child.
Their care was one that stretched the facility's staff as day and night we were on our feet offering tertiary-like care to them as they couldn't afford the cost of care in a tertiary hospital.
Today brings to an end a tortuous 3weeks of intensive care that wore out my staff. But to God be the glory, we came out victorious. All these couldn't have been possible without our friends here. You deliberately followed us from the CS, to resuscitation, to NICU of the neonate to donating 94k to help make up their bills and most of all, your prayers.
Bangeskiya's mother appreciating everyone for the love. She speaks here in hausa.
We had agreement about disclosing her identity of which she was quite comfy with.
We, as a village hospital, are saying thank you. This is where we draw the curtains for this very exciting case.
We will always share interesting cases like this for you all here. Thank you again.... Princess Bangeskiya needed to do a grand exit and we, her servants, were all out for it.
