Jaundice

​He is 29years old and presented some time ago with this sudden deepening yellowing of the eyes, chest pain and difficulty breathing.
He had been at home taking some herbal concoctions mixed by his family and some pills from the chemist.
It only got worse and they presented to the facility after having been convinced to come.
